Sales Strategy & Execution
Identify and engage prospective clients through strategic outreach and networking
Build and manage a strong, qualified sales pipeline
Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
Consistently close new business to meet or exceed revenue goals
Relationship Management
Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and current client organizations
Understand unique client needs and align solutions accordingly
Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the sales lifecycle
Collaboration
Partner with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
Coordinate with customer support to ensure smooth onboarding
Share client feedback with product teams to inform ongoing improvements
Performance Tracking
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and performance metrics
Analyze data to forecast trends and refine sales strategies
2-4 years of experience in a sales or account executive role, ideally within a startup or SaaS environment
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-driven and adaptable, with a growth mindset
Comfortable working in a hybrid model, with at least one day per week in the downtown Vancouver office
