No slides, no script, just a real conversation about the messy, complicated reality of building a career and a life on your own terms.
This year, we're sitting down with Liz, an award-winning journalist, bestselling author, and one of the leading voices on gender equity. If you've listened to her podcast, read her work, or followed her commentary, you know she has a way of asking the questions everyone else is thinking, backed by research, empathy, and humour.
A conversation where the format does the work: women talking honestly about what they actually do all day. This year pulls founders and leaders from fintech, wealth management, insurance, and health tech into one room, the kind of cross-industry insight you don't usually get in a single conversation. We decided to set up a free Childcare lounge to make the event more accessible to mothers. 16% of attendees used this lounge last year.
