Toast is recruiting on behalf of this financial technology company for a strategic and hands-on Business Operations Manager. This role is essential to the success of a growing platform serving the family office community with high-quality technology and operations guidance. As the CEO’s operational partner, you will play a key role in keeping the organization running efficiently, bridging communication between internal teams, and supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities



Executive & Operational Support
  • Provide high-level administrative and operational assistance to the CEO and COO
  • Prepare for and follow up on key meetings, ensuring actions are tracked and completed
  • Support the Strategy & Operations Lead in driving initiatives forward
  • Develop frameworks for decision-making and approvals across leadership

HR Administration
  • Assist in contract management, onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Track key employee milestones, reviews, and renewal dates

Work with External Teams
  • Act as a point of contact for outsourced finance, revenue operations, and external partners
  • Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure accountability

Process Ownership & Improvement
  • Build and maintain internal checklists, documentation, and templates
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement practical solutions

Execution Support
  • Step in to move projects, events, or administrative tasks forward when needed
  • Ensure nothing slips through the cracks in a fast-moving environment
 

Requirements

 
  • 3–5 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or executive support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional and external teams
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace or Office 365; experience with CRMs, project management, or HR tools is a plus
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a bias toward action and follow-through
