Toast is recruiting on behalf of this company, a venture-backed, mission-driven SaaS platform that helps large institutions eliminate single-use waste across North America. The company is seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to own and execute its go-to-market activities—driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape marketing strategy, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams. This hybrid position is based in downtown Vancouver (minimum one day per week in the office) and offers a salary range of CA $80,000 – $105,000 plus stock options.
Strategy & Planning – Define and deliver a data-driven marketing plan aligned to company KPIs; set targets and report on performance.
Content Leadership – Guide creation of web, email, social, and paid media content; ensure a consistent, engaging voice that resonates with diverse audiences.
Digital Growth – Manage paid and organic campaigns (SEO, SEM, social); optimise lead-generation funnels and nurture journeys through tools such as HubSpot and Apollo.
Brand & Community – Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints; cultivate partnerships with industry influencers and represent the company at conferences and events.
Cross-Functional Enablement – Partner with sales to qualify and convert leads; work with product and customer success to surface customer stories and launch updates.
Budget Ownership – Allocate and track marketing spend to maximise ROI and support sustainable growth
3–5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a record of driving pipeline and revenue.
Proven success in early-stage, high-growth technology environments.
Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with AI-enabled marketing platforms (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot).
Experience planning and optimising multi-channel digital campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
High-ownership, results-oriented approach, comfortable in a small, agile team.
Eligibility to work from the Vancouver office at least one day per week.
