This company has evolved from a grassroots initiative into a leading enterprise platform eliminating thousands of tons of single-use waste each year. They are seeking a dynamic Partnerships Manager to drive strategic collaborations that expand business growth and brand presence across North America. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in relationship building, strategic planning, and making a tangible impact on environmental change.
 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.

  • Identify, prioritize, and acquire new partners, including food service businesses and campus credentials/payment providers.

  • Craft compelling pitches, proposals, and negotiate partnership agreements that drive mutual success.

  • Manage and nurture relationships with strategic partners to ensure ongoing engagement and growth.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive customer acquisition through strategic alliances.

  • Work closely with marketing to create co-branded campaigns and joint initiatives.

  • Track partnership performance against KPIs, providing data-driven insights and refining strategies as needed.

     

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field.

  • Proven success in building, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships.

  • Exceptional relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

  • This is a hybrid role requiring at least one day per week in the company’s downtown Vancouver office.

After crafting your unbiased profile, we submit it to our trusted clients. We work closely with these clients to ensure they understand the value you bring.
