Watch some of the industry's most confident guys answer for their skincare routine instead of their roadmap, and sit with how strange that feels the first time someone asks. It's funnier than it sounds, but it lands harder than a straight panel ever could, because the joke only works if everyone in the room already knows exactly why it's funny.
We're unveiling something at the Summit this year: Toast's Talent Marketplace, built to fix what's actually broken about hiring women in tech. This panel gets into the real state of recruiting right now, the good, the frustrating, and the parts nobody says out loud and we’ll give you the insider scoop on how to be part of it.

So we've created an anti-stim room for those who need some time to recharge throughout the day.
