This company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to play a pivotal role in building and launching early-stage ventures across a diverse range of industries. Responsibilities

 
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify, validate, and pitch new venture opportunities.
  • Lead industry and customer research initiatives, including interviews, competitive analysis, and market studies.
  • Define product strategies, MVPs, and go-to-market approaches in partnership with design, engineering, and venture teams.
  • Prioritize product features and manage execution from conception through launch.
  • Drive iterative development using customer feedback and data insights.
  • Promote knowledge-sharing across ventures to continuously evolve the product development process.
  • Contribute to a transparent, inclusive, and diverse workplace culture.
 

Requirements

 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful products from 0 to 1.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and market trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead user research and synthesize insights into actionable strategies.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Open to occasional travel and able to work from the Toronto office as needed.
