Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in startups, venture studios, or entrepreneurial ventures, with a proven record of taking businesses from concept to launch.
  • Deep operational acumen, with a history of building scalable early-stage processes.
  • Strong comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and bold, evidence-based decision making.
  • Versatile across business functions such as product, marketing, and operations, with depth in at least one.
  • Demonstrated success in managing P&L, go-to-market planning, and financial modeling.
  • Skilled at hiring, coaching, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and influence skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Committed to inclusive leadership and fostering equitable, collaborative work environments.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to build impactful ventures with the support of a leading global pension fund.
