Job Description



Toast is recruiting on behalf of this company for a Client Onboarding Specialist to join a growing Client Success team supporting clients using a modern wealth management platform. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong client relationship skills with a detail-oriented mindset, particularly around financial data. The company provides a secure, centralized platform for family offices and high-net-worth clients—streamlining their workflows and empowering them to manage and protect their wealth with confidence.

In this role, you’ll deliver a high-touch onboarding experience, building trust and clarity from day one. You’ll be a product expert, a process navigator, and a client advocate—ensuring that new users get the most value from the platform as quickly and smoothly as possible.
 

Responsibilities



Guide new clients through the onboarding journey with a high standard of care and professionalism.
Implement structured onboarding plans that align with client goals and ensure long-term success.
Foster client engagement and satisfaction, proactively addressing questions and removing barriers to adoption.
Collaborate with sales, support, and success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and a unified client experience.
Become a subject matter expert on the product, with the ability to explain workflows and guide users toward key outcomes.
Track onboarding progress, flag potential risks early, and support retention efforts through effective communication.
 

Requirements

 
  • 1–3 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail—especially when working with numbers and financial information.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused mindset.
  • Preferred: background in accounting, finance, wealth management, or financial services.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
