Your profile includes the information you provide when you sign up or update through the portal. Typically your skills, experience level, industries of interest, location preferences, and availability. You control what you share.

No. At the profile browsing stage, employers see an anonymized version of your profile. Your name, current employer, and other identifying details are not visible. Contact details are only shared if you choose to engage with an employer's outreach.

No. Your profile is live and searchable from the moment you receive your invitation email. Logging in lets you verify your details, make updates, and manage your preferences — but it's not required for you to appear in employer searches. You can opt out at any time. 

You can opt out from the marketplace at any time through the portal. When you do, profiles are removed from search results immediately. You can reactivate whenever you're ready — there's no deadline.Log in to the portal at trytoast.ca/get-hired, go to manage account, scroll to the bottom and toggle off “Show in Talent Pool”.
