As a Delivery Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle. From shaping enterprise-grade solutions to collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders, your ability to balance business goals with technical execution will be key to success.
 

Responsibilities

 
  • Guide cross-functional teams in designing, building, and delivering software solutions that provide measurable business value.
  • Drive delivery excellence by managing timelines, budgets, scope, and quality with precision and transparency.
  • Engage with clients to understand challenges, co-create solutions, and establish trusted, long-term partnerships.
  • Promote agile methodologies and delivery frameworks that support adaptability and iterative progress.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align priorities and translate business needs into actionable technical plans.
  • Contribute to pre-sales efforts, including solution design, scoping, and proposal development.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, mentorship, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
 

Requirements

 
  • 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management within technology or consulting environments.
  • Proven track record with at least two full-cycle SAP/ERP implementations, ideally including BTP or similar platform integrations.
  • Experience with automation and AI-driven solutions, such as invoice processing or workflow orchestration.
  • Solid grasp of software development lifecycles, agile practices, and change management.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology decisions to broader commercial outcomes.
  • Hands-on, collaborative approach to problem-solving and a passion for enabling team success.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
