As a Delivery Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Guide cross-functional teams in designing, building, and delivering software solutions that provide measurable business value.
- Drive delivery excellence by managing timelines, budgets, scope, and quality with precision and transparency.
- Engage with clients to understand challenges, co-create solutions, and establish trusted, long-term partnerships.
- Promote agile methodologies and delivery frameworks that support adaptability and iterative progress.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align priorities and translate business needs into actionable technical plans.
- Contribute to pre-sales efforts, including solution design, scoping, and proposal development.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, mentorship, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management within technology or consulting environments.
- Proven track record with at least two full-cycle SAP/ERP implementations, ideally including BTP or similar platform integrations.
- Experience with automation and AI-driven solutions, such as invoice processing or workflow orchestration.
- Solid grasp of software development lifecycles, agile practices, and change management.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology decisions to broader commercial outcomes.
- Hands-on, collaborative approach to problem-solving and a passion for enabling team success.
