  • Analyze client finance and supply chain processes and consult on how to best configure D365 modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Invoice Capture, Project Management and Accounting, Budgeting, Cash and Bank, and Management Reporter
  • Evaluate client business processes against standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality and document requirements clearly
  • Manage end-to-end project coordination, ensuring successful delivery within scope and budget
  • Ensure technical aspects of projects meet standards for functionality, operability, and documentation
  • Collaborate with project managers and team leads to manage resource allocation across engagements
  • Contribute to an inclusive team environment and support knowledge sharing across a global practice

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 full lifecycle D365 ERP or CRM implementations
  • Proven experience with Microsoft D365, particularly in Supply Chain modules
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Microsoft MB-310 certification is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and client engagement abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team with a proactive approach
  • Genuine interest in learning and applying new technologies

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $60,000 to $95,000 depending on experience, plus eligibility for variable incentive pay tied to individual and firm-wide performance
  • Hybrid work flexibility with positions available across Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa, Calgary, and Montreal
  • Work on ERP transformation projects that directly affect how large organizations manage their finances and operations, with real and measurable client impact
  • Access to continuous learning resources, Microsoft certification support, and a global network of technology consultants
  • Comprehensive total rewards package including competitive benefits and wellbeing programs designed to support you inside and outside of work
