Job Description
Toast is recruiting on behalf of this company for a Product Lead — an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, venture-backed startup that is transforming wealth management for family offices and their advisors. As one of the company’s first product hires, you will partner closely with the CEO to shape and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, exceptional communication skills, and deep domain knowledge in finance or fintech. Your leadership will play a key role in aligning cross-functional teams and delivering a product that is both customer-focused and business-aligned.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO to define and implement the product vision and long-term strategy.
- Lead the full product lifecycle — from ideation through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Drive alignment and execution across engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Simplify complex financial workflows into scalable, intuitive product features tailored to wealth management users.
- Use data and customer feedback to measure product performance and guide iterative improvements.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, mentoring peers and supporting growth as the company scales.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally within fintech, finance, or wealth management.
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
- Strong understanding of financial products and their implications for design and engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a self-starting, proactive approach.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Confident in translating user needs into actionable, strategic product goals.

4. Client Submission
After crafting your unbiased profile, we submit it to our trusted clients. We work closely with these clients to ensure they understand the value you bring.
