Past topics have tackled navigating masculine workplaces, leading in a time of crisis, and the kinds of questions that don't have clean answers. Sometimes it's one voice, sometimes a few, but it's always the session people are still talking about at the end of the day. The 2026 topic and guests are being confirmed now.
Every year, this panel reminds the room why we do this. We bring together women who are building, leading, and creating in ways that don't fit neatly into a job title. Past speakers have included founders, investors, educators, and operators who've turned unconventional paths into something worth talking about. The panel that started conversations nobody expected. We invite senior men in tech to answer the kinds of questions women get asked all the time, things like "how do you balance work and kids?" and "how do you manage imposter syndrome?" It debuted at VSW, became one of our most talked-about sessions, and we've had women across the country asking us to bring it to their city. The 2026 edition is in the works. Stay tuned.

We understand that many potential attendees might be mothers who are interested in the topics but may find it difficult to attend because they have young children who need supervision. We decided to set up a free Childcare lounge to make the event more accessible to mothers. 16% of attendees used this lounge last year.
Anti-Stim Lounge
Have you ever been at a Conference and thought, "I just need 10 minutes in a dark, silent room"? Yea, us too. So we've created an anti-stim room for those who need some time to recharge throughout the day. Featuring tea & coffee, dimmed lights, calming music, comfy seating, colouring books, anxiety-reducing toys and relaxing scents.
Wellness Workshops
Recharge and reconnect in between sessions. We incorporate stretch breaks and a mindfulness session so attendees can maintain their energy throughout the day.
Women+ Founded Market
We aim to amplify voices of all individuals that are not equally represented in male-dominated systems. We created a market where attendees can shop-local, woman+ owned businesses on the day of the event.
