What is the Toast Portal?
The Toast Portal is your centralized home for job searching, career support, and community, all in one place. What started as a members-only space has expanded so that anyone can create a free account and start getting real job search support right away, with membership as an optional upgrade.
That means the Portal now supports women through the full arc of their job search: from applying to roles and tracking applications, all the way through coaching, community, and everything in between.
How to get access
Getting started takes less than two minutes.
- 1 Go to the Toast Portal and click "Create account"
- 2 If you have applied to Toast roles before, use the same email so your application history carries over
- 3 Log in and explore as a free user, or upgrade to an Annual Membership to unlock the full suite of features

Rollie is available to every Portal user, free or paid. She was trained on real Toast recruiter insights and candidate support data, built by women, for women. Think of her as your always-on job search partner, available any time you need a resume gut check, want to prep for an interview, or are not sure what your next move should be.
Career coaching for members
If you are an Annual Member, career coaching is one of the most valuable things inside the Portal. Head to Resources, then Book a Coach, to see all available coaches and their upcoming slots in one unified view. Sessions are 3:1 (small group) and cover everything from career pivots and interview strategy to leadership and salary negotiation.
Finding your community manager
Each city has a dedicated community manager who organizes local events and keeps their chapter active. To find yours, go to Community then Community Managers and locate your city. Follow their profile to stay updated on upcoming in-person mixers, local announcements, and any last-minute changes. You can also reach out to them directly if you have questions about what is happening in your area.
