Design, develop, and maintain software systems, with a focus on real-time data processing and sensor integrations.
Contribute to the development and optimization of DevSecOps and MLOps pipelines.
Collaborate within scrum teams to deliver deployable, high-quality code.
Maintain and enhance the core AI products, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
Document processes and systems thoroughly to support ongoing development and knowledge sharing.
5+ years of industry experience in software development.
Strong coding abilities, preferably with C/C++.
Experience in developing and maintaining deployable software applications.
Proficiency with Docker and version control tools such as Git.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Ability to work effectively within small, multidisciplinary teams.
Passion for coding and a strong interest in machine learning.
Adaptable, creative, and self-directed work style.
Experience with networking and cybersecurity.
Background in technical writing.
Familiarity with Kubernetes and MLOps practices.
Additional Requirements: Due to the nature of work in the aerospace and defense sectors, candidates must meet eligibility for High-Level Security Clearance, including:

Residency in Canada for the past 10 years.
