We are searching for a polished, sharp Personal Assistant to support a principal from an ultra high net worth household. This is a true PA role spanning the household and the individual, covering home management, coordination with household staff and nannies, and daily personal support. The right candidate treats excellence as the baseline, moves fast, and is fully comfortable operating without heavy direction. This role suits someone who has spent years mastering the craft of high level personal support and is ready to run point with full ownership.
 

Responsibilities

 
  • Manage household operations, including scheduling, vendors, and logistics
  • Coordinate with nannies and other household staff to keep family life running smoothly
  • Provide direct personal support to the principal, from calendar management to errands to ad
  • hoc requests
  • Anticipate needs before they're raised, adjusting quickly as priorities shift
  • Own projects and tasks from start to finish with minimal oversight
  • Pick up new tools, systems, and processes quickly and use them well
  • Maintain absolute discretion around the family's personal and financial affairs
 

Requirements

 
  • Polished, with a genuine eye for detail and a high personal standard
  • Smart and agile, able to reprioritize on the fly without losing quality
  • Confident operating independently, comfortable making decisions without waiting for direction
  • Experienced managing a household and working alongside nannies or other household staff
  • Tech savvy, quick to learn new systems and platforms
  • Discreet and trustworthy, with a track record of handling sensitive information well
  • 15-20 years of experience in a Family Office support or Personal Assisting role
