Toast is recruiting on behalf of this company for a Senior AI Solution Architect (Senior Manager) to join their Products & Technology organization within Internal Firm Services. Responsibilities

 

• Provide expert technical guidance on Generative AI tools, frameworks, and platforms
• Design and architect innovative AI-driven applications and services that enable organizational transformation
• Shape and deliver high-quality digital products that exceed stakeholder expectations
• Support the definition, governance, and continuous improvement of Enterprise Architecture processes
• Lead and mentor vendor development teams to ensure successful, scalable project outcomes
• Partner with Enterprise Architects to evaluate and implement emerging technologies
• Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying new AI-driven opportunities
• Conduct periodic code reviews to uphold engineering best practices and quality standards
• Continuously improve internal development methodologies and maintain clear, current documentation
• Invest in ongoing professional growth while contributing to a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and innovation

 

Requirements

 

• Extensive hands-on experience delivering large-scale software solutions in complex environment
• Demonstrated expertise in AI solution architecture, including large language models (e.g., GPT-4, ChatGPT, Gemini, Llama) and agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, LangChain)
• Strong proficiency with Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, and a broad range of Azure cloud services
• Deep understanding of cloud-native and cloud-ready architectures leveraging Azure infrastructure and platform services
• Experience with service-oriented, event-driven, and microservices architectures
• Proven background in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, and virtualization
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and/or Kubernetes
• Proficiency with development and defect tracking platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, and JIRA
• Experience working in Agile environments and delivering products using Agile methodologies
• Azure Solutions Architect, Developer, or related Microsoft certifications preferred
